Hotel - K

The hotel is a 96-room, five-star hotel set in the serene Serbian countryside, just half an hour from a major city. The design sought to create a delicate balance between modern elegance and natural harmony, using locally sourced materials that resonate with the surrounding landscape.

Dark neutral shades and earthy tones define the interiors, with a “warm and hearty” ambience in the reception and lounge to welcome guests. Brass details bring subtle refinement to smaller areas such as the cigar room, gym, and children’s play space. In the guest rooms and suites, floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted views of the idyllic countryside, turning the landscape into part of the experience.

A restrained decorative approach and a calming grey palette establish an atmosphere of serenity, while each room type maintains a distinct character within a unified design language. Cost-effective and sustainable solutions were prioritized, ensuring that beauty, function, and responsibility remain in balance.
