At its heart, the development features a state-of-the-art playhouse and adventure park built with premium materials and cutting-edge design. These indoor attractions are complemented by an outdoor go-kart track, creating an energetic focal point in the central courtyard.

A striking new extension seamlessly links the existing halls. Its refined sheet-metal façade contrasts with a light, translucent glass frontage, offering both modernity and harmony within the industrial context. Beyond the go-kart circuit, visitors can enjoy additional outdoor amenities, including a playground and a climbing wall, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for every generation.
